This year 1 st quarter theme - Pongal and Holi

We will be conducting a drawing competition open to everyone—there are no age restrictions, and all are encouraged to participate. Drawing are based on or related this quarter theme. Certificates will be awarded to the prize winners. Even those who do not participate in the drawing can still be part of the fun by voting for their favourite artwork. The entry that receives the maximum number of votes will be declared the winner. We request everyone to take part and make this celebration a memorable one

Drawing Competition Rules:

1. Eligibility:
   The competition is open to all participants. There is no age restriction unless otherwise specified. From one email id only 1drawing can be submitted
2. Theme:
   All drawings must follow the theme (if any) provided by the organizers. Only pictures related to the current month's theme will be accepted. Irrelevant entries will be disqualified.
3. Medium:
   Participants may use pencils, crayons, colored pencils, sketch pens, water colors, or any other drawing medium ONLY Digital artwork is not allowed
4. Original Work:
   All entries must be original and created by the participant. Plagiarism or copying of artwork will lead to disqualification. Each participant can submit only one picture drawn by him/her Entries will be accepted as original. Any entries copied by any means will not be considered.
5. Submission:
   Drawings must be submitted on or before the deadline. Submitting drawing will be open on 1st to 25th of every month. Late entries will not be accepted.
6. Size of Drawing Sheet:
   Participants should use A4 size paper. All drawing pictures must be less than 2 MB
7. Name and Details:
   Each entry must have the participant's name, age, Photo and contact details. Else it will be rejected. At the time of registration please mention clearly. Participant should wear respective symbol in their forehead.( eg chandan, namam, kumkum etc) else it will be rejected
8. Voting and Judging:
   Voting will open on 1st of every month to end of every month. Each person is allowed to vote only once for one picture All votes will be kept confidential till the results announced
9. Certificates and Prizes:
   Winners will be selected based on public voting or a panel of judges, as decided by the organizers. In case of voting, the drawing with the highest number of votes will win. All prize winners will receive e-certificates. Additional prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the organizers
10. Decisions Final:
    The decision of the organizers/judges will be final and binding. Organisers reserve the right to reject any entry that does not feel is suitable or appropriate or which does not conform to any of the conditions listed above No mail communication or judging pattern will not be encouraged

    The organizer will be free to use these entries along with the name of the participant in any exhibition and various social media platforms
